The Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 better known by the acronym GDPR provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the regulations indicated, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 better known by the acronym GDPR, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

  1. Data collected: the personal data collected by Dermalena Sas are only those voluntarily provided by the person concerned at the same time or after the establishment of the business relationship.
  2. Purpose of processing: Personal, common and sensitive data will be processed in relation to the accounting and administrative management of the relationship or service in order to allow a more effective management of the same. The data collected may also be used for the purposes of market research, promotional activities and sending technical and commercial information material on the products and activities of the writer.
  3. Methods of processing: The information will be stored mainly in electronic format and, if necessary, in written form on paper, using mainly automated methods and always in compliance with the security requirements of the law. The data provided will be processed and stored by Dermalena Sas in accordance with the rules in force for the above purposes and for future relationships that may arise, unless the person concerned expressly revokes the authorization to treatment.
  4. Nature of the conferment: The person concerned is free to provide or not to provide his personal data, but the conferment is necessary for the exact execution of contractual and pre-contractual obligations; their partial or non-indication makes it impossible for Dermalena Sas to carry out the relationship and to perform those services for which knowledge of the data seems essential.
  5. Dissemination of data: The data provided will not be disseminated, and will not be disclosed to third parties for purposes not permitted by law or without express consent. However, the same may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects: employees, external consultants, accountants, couriers and forwarding agents, credit institutions, external lawyers of the company in charge of the processing for aspects that may concern them.
  6. Rights of the datasubject: With regard to the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist and their communication in an intelligible form.
    In particular, the interested party has the right to access his or her personal data, to request its correction, updating, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of his or her personal data and its cancellation if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose its processing for legitimate reasons, addressing requests to the data controller.
